The Great North Run

The Great North Run is one of the biggest days in the North East calendar, and we're proud to be part of it once again.

This year, an incredible team of supporters will be taking on the 13.1-mile challenge to raise funds for children with life-threatening immune conditions and their families on Ward 3 at the Great North Children's Hospital.

Every donation, every mile and every cheer from the roadside helps make a difference. Together, our runners are supporting life-saving research, specialist equipment, family-centred care and the power of play for children spending weeks or months living in the Bubble.

Come and support Team Bubble

If you're heading to the Great North Run, keep an eye out for our amazing runners in their Bubble Foundation tops and give them a cheer along the route. Your encouragement can make all the difference during those final miles.

You can also support Team Bubble by making a donation, sharing their fundraising pages or simply helping spread the word about the work they're doing.

Our charity places for this year's event are now full, but we'd love to hear from anyone interested in joining Team Bubble in the future. Register your interest and we'll let you know as soon as places become available for next year's Great North Run.
